Creamy Garlic Sauce with Chicken Sausage, Mushrooms and Broccoli over Zoodles

served with Butternut Squash Soup

Delicious! This dinner took some crazy turns which I won’t go into, ha. Ended up with a yummy variation that worked for the family. Added triple the amount of garlic called for, and used zoodles instead of spaghetti squash. Made some delicious butternut squash soup with apples, chicken broth, cashews, garlic, nutmeg and S&P in the VitaMix. Thanks for the ideas, Krysten's Kitchen!!
